Vision:
"Libraries are the lighthouses of knowledge, guiding seekers through the oceans of information, illuminating their paths with the wisdom of ages." To help rural students to enrich their knowledge to create a better world for themselves. To inculcate reading habits among the students and teaching community. They need to be made aware of the important role libraries play in modern education. There is also a need to convey to people from all walks of life that the library is open to all and read with a smile. Instilling confidence in the minds of economically backward students and catering to the needs of its users to access it.
Mission:
In our temple of learning our beloved central library plays a vital role to widen the sphere of knowledge. The mission of the library reflects the mission of the college “Making Access and Inclusivity in Quality Education “following the library science laws of S R Ranganathan: Books are for use; Every reader his/her book; Every book its reader; Save the time of the reader/ user; Library is a growing organism.
- Only books can give people the light of liberation and peace of mind. Our main aim is to attract the readers to the library and convey the importance of books.
- To discover, preserve, and disseminate knowledge by building of extensive and diversified collections in print as well as electronic media.
- To implement state-of-the-art tools and techniques of ICT in library services to support learning, teaching and research.
- Besides these, we are also committed to promoting literacy, supporting education, and cultivating a welcoming environment that fosters community engagement and lifelong learning.
